Whether at the ATP Tennis Tournament in Braunschweig, Schwörmontag in Ulm, where over 10,000 visitors came to see the Hermes House Band & Lou Bega Show, or at the Munich Summer Night’s Dream in Munich’s Olympic Park – just to name a few.

Lou Bega and the Hermes House Band first met in the summer of 2014 during a TV show recording on Fuerteventura. The artists became friends and came up with the idea of recording a song together for the winter season and après-ski parties. Joining forces, they presented a brand-new song: “Snowgirl,” an original track written by HHB producer Gerd Lehmkuhl.
You can hear Lou Bega’s Latin sound combined with the party vibe of the Hermes House Band. The artists had a lot of fun together during the studio and photo sessions.
This was followed by TV appearances on “ZDF Fernsehgarten on Tour” in winter and at the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin, among others.

It all began in Rotterdam, where students were thinking about forming a band. They played their first gig as part of the student fraternity “Hermes.” This was the birth of the Hermes House Band and the beginning of an incredible journey.
